48 more to be precise.
And it's a cracking set of bands.
A Day To Remember hit the main stage again, on the Saturday, on the back of selling out Wembley on their Bad Vibes World Tour,
Sexual deviants Steel Panther also take to the main stage on Sunday, promising to be a good time, that probably should come with complimentary KY Jelly and condoms for your own safety...
Up and coming punks Creeper join Sabaton, Hacktivist, Baroness, Northlane, Kvelertak, Suicidal Tendencies, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Trash Boat, Alestorm, The Devils Wears Prada, In Flames, Moses, Normandie & pop rock upstarts Moose Blood, while Ska-Punk outfit, The King Blues are also on the bill. They'll bring a fire and anger to the state of the world with them to the hallowed ground of Download, in what can only be described as a good, healthy dose of Punk.
Touché Amoré, Dinosaur Pile-Up, The Contortionist, Venom Prison, Grove Street Families, Holding Absence, She Must Burn, Wednesday 13, The Lounge Kittens, Casey, The La Fontaines, Idles, Dead Label, Like A Storm, Aaron Buchanan & The Cult Classics, Devilskin, Fizzy Blood, The Charm The Fury, Stone Broken, Brutai, I The Mighty, Bloody Youth and Red Sun Rising…
and breathe
State Champs, As It Is, Junior & DEAD! add a touch of Pop Punk to the festival, ensuring you'll leave their sets with the biggest smile on your face, down solely to the huge hooks and massive choruses that these 4 bands are incredible at bringing to the board.
Look, in order to tell you about EVERY band on this bill, I'd need a lot more space than you'd be comfortable reading. This is a huge announcement, and the diversity of the bands on show means that there's no way that anybody who likes rock music will be totally let down or disappointed.
All of the above join System Of A Down, Biffy Clyro, Aerosmith and so many more at Download Festival 2017, at Donington. Hopefully, you'll join them (and us) there.
